The company has a strong presence in the GRC software market and has recently acquired an ESG data reporting and carbon accounting platform. This solution has a growing customer base and is projected to expand significantly in the coming years.

In this role, you will report to the Global Vice President of Product and lead a team of Product Managers. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our ESG solution
  • Overseeing the end-to-end product lifecycle, including product development, launch, and maintenance
  • Leading a team of Product Managers to ensure successful product delivery
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience leading teams and developing successful products in the ESG space. They will be able to think strategically, communicate effectively, and drive results-oriented teams.

Key qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a Product Management team for an ESG software product
  • Strong understanding of ESG product development and market trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
