We are seeking a highly skilled ESG Product Manager to join our team at M&G plc. The ESG Product Manager will report to the Head of ESG Product and be responsible for providing expert advice on sustainability topics to colleagues working on segregated mandates across various asset classes. This role requires demonstrable expertise in investment management agreements and the ability to draft investment guidelines for a range of asset classes.

The successful candidate will assist in designing and maintaining a structured framework of ESG Product Requirements, which will be easily applied and reused. They will also help analyze ESG requirements for ESG Products and define new processes where necessary. Additionally, they will maintain MI/KPI assessment, create insights, and governance processes to feedback progress and performance against key metrics for the ESG Product team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ESG and sustainability, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with colleagues and take personal accountability to maintain and enhance controls to support improvement of the overall control environment, customer outcomes, and reduction in M&G's operational risk.
