About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remedial & Minor Works Estimator to join our team at James Grace. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate quotations, managing quotation backlogs, and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remedial and minor works quotations to customers
  • Action new and critical fail quotations in a timely manner
  • Manage and minimize quotation backlogs and age
  • Monitor the R&MW inbox on a daily basis
  • Identify sale price changes and implement accordingly
  • Monitor SOR missing from key and national customers
  • Highlight opportunities for engineer improvement
Key Performance Indicators
  • Quotation backlog control
  • Quotation conversion
  • Quotation margin tracking
  • Meeting monthly and quarterly targets
  • Timely actioning of new and critical fail quotations
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commercial focus, technical knowledge of the product base, and a proven track record of methodical working practices. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential. The candidate will also have the ability to work at a high level on SimPRO and other operating platforms.
