Role Overview

The Junior Cost Consultant will become part of a well-established consultancy that is experiencing growth due to a robust project pipeline.

This firm operates across various sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare, Education, and Hospitality. The Junior Cost Consultant will primarily focus on projects within the Education and Retail sectors.

In this role, you will assist in a variety of projects and, as you gain experience, you will have the opportunity to manage projects from initiation to completion, under the guidance of a qualified MRICS Partner.

The company prides itself on providing exceptional APC support, with a dedicated internal team to help plan your training and monitor your professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in project cost management and reporting
  • Support pre and post-contract activities
  • Collaborate with senior team members on various projects

Candidate Requirements

  • BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or a RICS accredited qualification
  • At least one year of experience in Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in a consultancy or private practice environment
  • Basic understanding of pre and post-contract processes
