Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our dynamic team at Cast Consultancy. As a key member of our cost management team, you will be responsible for delivering cost consultancy services for residential developments across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day cost management services for our clients across chosen projects.
  • Provide technical expertise in cost planning, procurement, and post-contract services.
  • Develop and manage junior resources to ensure the delivery of high-quality cost management services.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the development of cost management strategies and solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working in the UK construction industry.
  • MRICS or another relevant business qualification.
  • Strong commercial knowledge and understanding of key drivers of residential cost and value.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
