Senior Cost Consultant

Mace is seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our Consult business. As a Senior Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in unlocking the potential in every project by harnessing our unique combination of leading-edge practical expertise and project delivery consultancy.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and advise on Contract Administration, ensuring compliance with contractual frameworks and contract law.
- Develop and implement cost planning, budgeting, and estimating strategies for MEP projects.
- Lead and manage teams to deliver high-quality cost management services.
- Provide expert advice on value engineering and life cycle costing to optimize project outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive project success and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Proven experience in a cost consultancy practice, with a strong background in MEP cost planning and budgeting.
- Professional membership with MRICS/RICS (ideally) and a degree in quantity surveying or cost management.
- Commercial and financial acumen, with experience in managing large, diverse teams and relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices, including sustainability, social value, and carbon reduction.
