Supervising Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Supervising Social Worker to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for overseeing a small caseload of foster carers located in the North West of England area.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a small caseload of foster carers to ensure the well-being and safety of children in their care.
- Conduct regular home visits and reviews to assess the foster carers' ability to provide a stable and nurturing environment.
- Provide guidance and support to foster carers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting children and families.
- Competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum.
