**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team, responsible for the effective management and delivery of construction projects. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing multidiscipline projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Safety Management**
    • Ensure site standards are maintained, and assist with risk assessments, accident investigations, and site instructions.
    • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
  • **Production and Quality**
    • Work closely with the project team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Monitor and control the quality of workmanship, ensuring that all work meets the required standards.
  • **Problem Solving and Troubleshooting**
    • Identify and resolve problems promptly, minimizing delays and ensuring that projects remain on track.
    • Work collaboratively with the project team to develop and implement solutions to complex problems.
  • **Cost Control**
    • Manage and control project costs, including labor, materials, and plant and equipment.
    • Monitor and report on project expenditure, ensuring that costs are within budget.
  • **Communication and Liaison**
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
    • Communicate effectively with all parties, ensuring that project requirements are understood and met.

**Requirements**

  • Extensive experience of delivering multidiscipline projects in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction standards.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
