Key Responsibilities:
  • Gaining specifications with Architects, M&E consultants, and consulting engineers 80-90% of the time
  • Tracking projects through with the M&E contractor and building services/MEP contractor
  • Influencing M&E consultants, architects, and building services consultants on a diverse range of sectors and projects
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with specifiers and stakeholders
  • Assisting the internal sales and design team in engineering technical solutions
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of specification sales experience in the HVAC/building services market
  • Knowledge of competitors' fan coils, how they work, and the advantages of our products
  • Good commercial acumen and ability to track projects through to completion
  • Full UK driver's licence
