We are a leading provider of engineering services to the Electric and Hybrid Commercial Vehicles industry. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional support to our clients, and we are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team.

**The Role:**

  • Provide field service support for Commercial Vehicles Division, Electric Drive, and bus transmission systems.
  • Carry out major unit exchanges at designated locations.
  • Support Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as required.
  • Support new product introductions and provide technical expertise to sales colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to increase awareness of product performance and drive growth.
  • Offer technical support and advice to sales colleagues as needed.
  • Liaise with Health & Safety and Field Service Managers on any issues arising from day-to-day tasks.
  • Complete engineering reports in a timely manner.
  • Maintain company vehicles in accordance with company policy.
  • Conduct stock takes in line with the annual plan.
  • Work reasonable additional hours to meet business needs.
  • Use reporting procedures to feedback quality-related issues noted during work assignments.
  • Ensure all assigned training within Professional Engineering Practice (PEP) and iHasco are kept up to date.
  • Undertake product-specific training when requested.

**The Candidate:**

  • Hold a completed engineering apprenticeship as a minimum, with a level 5 qualification or higher.
  • Have a background in field services and engineering.
  • Hold a full UK driving license.

**The Package:**

We offer a competitive salary of up to £60k, plus a bonus (up to 7%), private medical, private dental, and a 6% employer pension.
