Job Title: Commercial Field Service Engineer

DCV Technologies is seeking a skilled Commercial Field Service Engineer to join their team. As a key member of our field service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-site maintenance and repairs of commercial vehicles and equipment.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to promote product performance and identify field service opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with training requirements and product-specific knowledge.
  • Share product knowledge and provide feedback on quality issues.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGV) and bus systems.
  • Completed engineering apprenticeship (minimum Level 5 qualification preferred).
  • Experience in field service and engineering, with exposure to electric vehicles.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Ability to pass a Drugs and Alcohol-related Medical.
Benefits:

Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
41 hours per week (Monday-Thursday, 8 am-5 pm; 30 pm)
