Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Media Planning Specialist to join our team at Space & Time Media. As a Media Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the Head of Pharma Media and Strategic Performance Directors with the planning, buying, and administration of first-class media campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with clients to provide excellent customer service, build rapport, and establish strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate improved rates for clients, securing added value where possible.
  • Provide guidance to clients and agency partners regarding media schedules, creative specs, and other campaign details.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend and contribute to team and supplier meetings.

Requirements

  • Skilled telephone communicator with clients, suppliers, and senior colleagues.
  • Excellent and professional written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable media planning experience, either B2B or B2C.
  • Hands-on experience with digital media tools and systems, such as Google Campaign Manager.
  • Experience in direct, programmatic, social media, OOH, and DOOH advertising.
  • Excellent numeracy skills and accuracy.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and financial acumen.
  • Initiative and ability to identify issues and develop solutions.
  • Ability to handle a busy workload, prioritize, and be flexible.
