We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our team at BMS Performance, a family-owned company with a strong reputation in the construction/building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage all aspects of marketing campaigns, including B2B lead generation, social media, and event planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales support materials and ensure alignment with marketing efforts.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of digital and offline marketing channels.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and campaign analysis.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to commute to offices near Royston.
- A competitive salary based on experience, ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.
