Paradigm Housing Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our executive team as Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy. This is a pivotal role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organisation and guiding us through the challenges ahead.
About the Role:As Assistant Director of Strategy & Policy, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of Paradigm's corporate strategy and key policies. This includes leading our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the delivery of detailed and realistic plans.
You will also be responsible for anticipating and responding to legal, regulatory, and external changes that impact the housing sector, and collaborating with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute Paradigm's corporate strategy and policy initiatives.
- Lead our commitment to becoming a net zero carbon business by 2050, ensuring the delivery of detailed and realistic plans.
- Anticipate and respond to legal, regulatory, and external changes that impact the housing sector.
- Collaborate with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the social housing sector and the ability to anticipate and respond to external challenges. You will also need to have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Experience in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, particularly in response to regulatory or market changes, is essential. You will also need to be able to work collaboratively with the executive team to drive new approaches and innovation within the business.
