About the Role

Landmarc Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team at Knook Camp, Warminster, Wiltshire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the team and being the first point of contact for task allocation, work checking, and process management.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily operations in the upkeep of accommodation and camp-based maintenance duties.
  • Possess a good understanding of waste management and actively coach and mentor team members in waste reduction strategies, housekeeping, and site maintenance.
  • Showcase excellent IT skills to effectively manage and analyse data.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Health & Safety including COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, and safe systems of work.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient computer literacy, including the use of tablets and relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Full Valid UK Driving Licence (essential).
