About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bookings Team Member to join our team at Longleat. As a key member of our Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming guest telephone calls, emails, and social media posts in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process guest enquiries and claims under the Longleat Ticket Protection Scheme, liaising with guests and confirming refunds as necessary.
  • Support in taking general enquiries for VIP, Accommodation, and Education bookings, responding to guest communications through various channels.
  • Monitor and respond to guest feedback, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of the brand.
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance Team to ensure timely refunds and payments under the Ticket Protection Scheme.
About You

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will have a strong understanding of the leisure industry and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key skills and qualifications include:

  • GCSE English and Maths to grade minimum C.
  • Experience of providing administrative support within a professional organization.
  • Excellent written, organizational, and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proactive and efficient with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent record keeping skills and attention to detail.
