Estimator / Quantity Surveyor - Pitched Roofing Systems
Location: West Yorkshire
Remuneration: £35,000 - £45,000 neg + bonus tbc

Job Summary:Mitchell Maguire is seeking an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating and managing pitched roofing projects for residential and commercial buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Produce accurate and detailed quotations to clients
- Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend values
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors
- Attend pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients as required
- Prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Estimate for projects ranging in value from £10k to £1m
- Must have either pitched roofing estimating OR roofing quantity surveying experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Adaptable individual who can turn their hand to other responsibilities
- Full UK driving license
- IT literate (Microsoft Office)
- Confident and articulate
