Job Summary:

VANRATH is seeking an experienced IT Governance Manager to join our team in Belfast. As an IT Governance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the governance of IT systems, providing GRC insights to the IT team and senior management, and managing IT and data-related risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the governance of IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide GRC insights to the IT team and senior management, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage IT and data-related risks, collaborating closely with the Cyber Security Lead to ensure the security and integrity of IT systems.
  • Step up to the Head of IT position when required, providing guidance and leadership to the IT team.

Requirements:

  • Degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Cyber Security.
  • Management experience with an IT function, with a proven track record of success.
  • Experience in IT Risk Management and Governance, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
