This role is integral to the benign Urology department, which encompasses various sub-specialties dedicated to the assessment and management of non-malignant urological conditions. The successful candidate will provide specialized, high-quality care to patients dealing with erectile dysfunction, oversee clinics, and collaborate closely with consultant urologists.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting post-surgical patient evaluations in a clinical setting.
- Coordinating and managing effective multidisciplinary team meetings and follow-up outcomes.
- Facilitating and leading seminars aimed at patients experiencing erectile dysfunction related to prostate cancer.
- Organizing and conducting educational sessions for nursing staff within the division.
- Preparing patients for pre-operative procedures.
