The Role:

We're seeking a dynamic Support Partnership Manager to elevate our partnerships and spearhead strategic projects across the Group. Reporting to the Director of Support Partnerships, you'll be at the heart of our mission, ensuring our partners thrive and projects succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with partners to drive improvement plans and manage compliance risks.
  • Develop and implement business solutions to drive project success.
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure quality audits and risk management.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in stakeholder relationship management, crisis handling, and policy compliance.
  • A sharp understanding of exempt accommodation regulations, including safeguarding and health and safety.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on delivering results on time and within budget.
