Job Title: Real Estate Associate

Travelport is seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Workplace Services team, you will play a critical role in supporting our real estate transactions, managing workplace services, and delivering projects to reshape our real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support real estate transactions, including lease negotiations, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Manage workplace services, such as repair and maintenance, cleaning, security, and hospitality-styled offerings
  • Deliver projects to support the reshaping of our real estate portfolio, including relocations and space management
  • Creation of modern engaging work environments that support talent retention and attraction
  • Manage day-to-day real estate issues and oversee lease transactions
Requirements:
  • Broad knowledge of real estate acquisition, lease management, and associated negotiations
  • Financial/business analysis skills, including report preparation
  • Ability to collaborate and complete tasks in a team-focused environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excel and AutoCAD
