Job Overview

As a Casual Housekeeping Associate, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining a pristine and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include the thorough cleaning and upkeep of all guest areas, such as guest rooms, communal spaces, linen storage, and supply areas, while consistently delivering exceptional service standards.

Your duties will encompass the cleaning of hotel accommodations and public spaces in accordance with company protocols and within designated time limits. You will be well-versed in the established cleaning criteria and presentation standards for all room types, promptly reporting any damages or issues to ensure timely repairs.

Additionally, you will be tasked with returning all cleaning equipment to their designated storage areas at the conclusion of each shift, ensuring that both storage and workspaces remain organized and tidy.
