About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at SCS Sofas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and engage with customers, providing them with a personalized shopping experience
  • Accurately process customer orders and finance applications
  • Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience
  • Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard, including general housekeeping and cleaning
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of SCS Sofas products and services
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team and business

  • A realistic OTE of £35K per year
