Job Overview

As a Casual Housekeeping Associate, you will be a vital contributor to maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel for guests. Your responsibilities will include the thorough cleaning and upkeep of all guest areas, such as guest rooms, communal spaces, linen storage, and supply cupboards, while consistently delivering exceptional service standards.

Your duties will encompass servicing hotel accommodations and public spaces according to company protocols and within designated time frames. You will be well-versed in the established cleaning criteria and presentation for all room types, promptly reporting any damages or issues to ensure timely repairs.

Additionally, you will be tasked with returning all cleaning equipment to their designated storage areas at the end of each shift, ensuring that both storerooms and workspaces remain organized and clean.
