We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team at Bron Afon. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality financial service to our stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Income Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of rent and other income.
- Payroll Service: Deliver a high-quality payroll service to employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Purchase and Sales Ledger: Provide a high-quality purchase and sales ledger service to our stakeholders.
- Treasury and Banking: Deliver an accurate and timely treasury and banking service.
- Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact within finance for queries, providing high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Excellent ICT skills, with experience using Microsoft office programmes.
- Experience processing high volumes of financial data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Detail-oriented to ensure accurate processing of financial information.
- Experience using rent accounting systems, finance systems, and SharePoint is desirable.
