Finance Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team at Bron Afon. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality financial service to our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Income Processing: Ensure accurate and timely processing of rent and other income.
  • Payroll Service: Deliver a high-quality payroll service to employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Purchase and Sales Ledger: Provide a high-quality service to stakeholders, managing purchase and sales ledger activities.
  • Treasury and Banking: Ensure accurate and timely treasury and banking services, including cash management and financial reporting.
  • Customer Service: Act as the main point of contact for finance-related queries, providing excellent customer service and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent ICT skills, with experience using Microsoft Office programs.
  • Ability to process high volumes of financial data on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience using rent accounting systems, finance systems, and SharePoint is desirable.
