Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Contracts Manager to join our team at 300 North Limited. As a key member of our M+E division, you will be responsible for managing a multi-site contract covering various locations in the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Lead a team of M+E engineers across multiple sites, ensuring the day-to-day maintenance and repair of building facilities.
  • Client Service Delivery: Manage client relationships and contract KPIs across multiple locations, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the contract, driving profitability and managing the P+L.
  • SHEQ Management: Ensure a safe working environment by managing all SHEQ requirements across sites and conducting risk assessments.
  • Technical Compliance: Manage all technical compliance across the contract, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
  • Operational Management: Work with operational and support teams to ensure accurate logging and recording of completion times for planned, corrective, and reactive works.
  • Subcontractor Management: Manage subcontractors and negotiate rates to ensure optimal performance.
  • Business Development: Drive the growth of the HVAC provision in the North West, leveraging your technical expertise to advance the business.

Requirements:

  • Technical Background: Essential technical background in HVAC, with a strong understanding of engineering principles.
  • Engineering Management Experience: Proven experience in engineering management, with a track record of success.
  • P&O / Financial Experience: Strong P&O and financial experience, with a focus on driving business growth.
