Key Responsibilities- Support the client with all aspects of daily living, including personal care and medication management.
- Manage challenging behaviour and provide a safe and supportive environment.
- Work collaboratively with the client's family and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Previous experience working with dementia clients.
- Kind and caring nature, with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work a variety of shifts.
- A competitive hourly rate of £12-£12.50.
- Full specialist training and ongoing support from the Care Manager.
- Accrued holiday pay and a flexible zero-hours contract.
