Key Responsibilities- Welcome and engage with customers, providing them with a personalized shopping experience.
- Accurately process customer orders and finance applications.
- Meet and exceed personal sales targets and KPIs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
- Ensure the showroom is maintained to a high standard, including general housekeeping, cleaning, and furniture arrangement.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all SCS Sofas products and services.
- Perform other duties as required to support the team and achieve business objectives.
- A competitive hourly rate of £9.74-£11.44, with a realistic OTE of £30K pro rata per year.
- A guaranteed commission of £400 pro rata per month in the first three months.
