Job Title: Director - Business Transformation and Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director to lead our Business Transformation and Operations team at First Clinical Ltd.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Proven track record of delivering business transformation and operational excellence in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Prince2 Practitioner and Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner qualifications.
