Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team at Corecom Consulting. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based systems.

About the Team:

Our team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, including AWS services, DataDog monitoring, Terraform automations, and EKS/Kubernetes. We are a fully remote team, and we require our SREs to be based in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and automation tools using Terraform and DataDog
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 system availability

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of SRE principles and DevOps practices
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, including AWS services and EKS/Kubernetes
  • Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python or Go
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
