About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert HR advice and support to the organization, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Health and Safety Department to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Board of Directors, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.
  • Manage HR files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with the Payroll Department to ensure timely and accurate payment of employees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
