Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Asset Optimization to spearhead our sustainability initiatives within the Construction & Engineering Division. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing our sustainability framework, ensuring that sustainable practices are integrated into everyday operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of three managers focused on environmental, social, and carbon strategies.
  • Collaborate with local teams of environmental and social specialists, totaling nearly fifty, to drive sustainability efforts across various business units.
  • Engage with senior leadership to influence and implement sustainability strategies that address diverse challenges at multiple organizational levels.
  • Oversee the achievement of ambitious sustainability targets, including net-zero emissions, waste reduction, and the elimination of single-use plastics.
  • Facilitate the internal review of sustainability plans, ensuring alignment with the overarching strategy across all business units.
  • Develop regional action plans that effectively meet sustainability objectives.
  • Champion inclusion and diversity initiatives within the team and across the organization.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess extensive technical expertise in environmental sustainability and social value, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful sustainability strategies.
