Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in a world-leading Chemical Manufacturing company. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for promoting compliance and quality assurance throughout the company while managing all Quality related activities.


The Role:

  1. Responsible for plant QA and QC, supervising a team of quality technicians
  2. Lead non-conforming product batch investigation
  3. Work closely with the warehouse and inventory team
  4. Lead Quality related continuous improvement initiatives

The Person:

  1. Quality Manager or similar
  2. Experience in Chemical Engineering environment

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement quality policies and procedures
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
  3. Investigate and resolve quality-related issues
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality and efficiency

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in quality management in a Chemical Manufacturing environment
  2. Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards
  3. Excellent communication and leadership skills

What We Offer:
