About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Bowmay Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability across our operations.

About the Job

  • You will be responsible for providing support and direction to our team on quality, environmental, and sustainability projects.
  • You will ensure that our quality policies and management systems align with our group objectives, procedures, and standards.
  • You will lead project-related workshops on special topics related to quality and sustainability.
  • You will work closely with site and department heads to define objectives and KPIs.
  • You will standardize quality management procedures across the group.
  • You will facilitate the exchange of knowledge between quality departments and conduct regular meetings with quality managers.
  • You will be responsible for group quality reporting, gap analysis, diagnosis, and validation of results, as well as defining further improvement options and conducting supplier audits.

About You

  • You will have extensive experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • You will have strong knowledge of quality management systems.
  • You will be an effective leader with the ability to educate and influence decisions.
  • You will have an outstanding eye for detail and be able to identify discrepancies and deliver solutions.
  • You will be passionate about sustainability and the various projects that will arise.
  • You will be willing to travel regularly.
