Dnevo Partners Limited is seeking a seasoned Assistant General Manager to spearhead the success of our flagship workspace. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving hospitality, building scalable operations, and ensuring the overall success of our flexible workspace model.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the front of house strategy and team to deliver a world-class hospitality experience.
  • Train the wider team in hospitality standards and ensure their consistent delivery.
  • Create a structure for continuous improvement of the product, aligning with our company experience expectations.
  • Establish a system to track, monitor, and resolve facility issues in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the site in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring seamless functionality and an inviting atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the account manager to gather feedback and strategically develop the product.
  • Address member enquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Support the General Manager in leading and inspiring a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across hospitality, operations, events, business development, account management, and programming.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, ownership, and member-centric focus.
  • Ensure the site maintains a high standard of aesthetics, cleanliness, and functionality.
  • Manage the needs of the space for both the site and the external events business lines.
  • Establish partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the site network and product offering.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the hospitality, co-working, or related industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of leading teams through ambiguity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving work environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
