Physiotherapist - East London NHS Foundation Trust

We are seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at NELFT North East London Foundation Trust. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective interventions to support patients with complex needs.
- Case Management: Select and apply appropriate physiotherapy assessments and outcome measures for a designated caseload.
- Autonomy and Safety: Work autonomously in a safe manner in service users' homes and within a rehabilitation unit.
- Supervision and Development: Willingness to supervise Physiotherapy students/apprentices or junior members of staff and demonstrate evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
- Teamwork and Communication: Work as part of a team covering a 7-day rota and be able to travel efficiently across the area.
- Computer Literacy: Be computer literate and have knowledge of data protection.
- Continuous Professional Development: Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
