Assistant Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Brighton. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure highest standard of customer service
  • Achieve targets
  • Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising
  • Maximise sales through physical and digital channels
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Achieve expectations within campaign activities
  • Work with the manager to generate stock

Our stores are fast-paced and trade 7 days a week, requiring flexibility from our store teams to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis. This is a full-time permanent contract.
