About the Role

As a Barre Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading high-energy group exercise classes that challenge and engage our members. You'll need to be passionate about fitness, have excellent communication skills, and be able to motivate and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Barre classes that meet the needs and expectations of our members
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with our club team to ensure seamless delivery of our fitness programs
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and initiatives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for our members

Requirements

  • Minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Fitness and the GroupXTraining Barre instructor qualification
  • Proven experience in leading group exercise classes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
