Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-energy Reformer Pilates classes that engage and motivate our members.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our members' needs and preferences to create a personalized experience.
- Work collaboratively with our club team to achieve agreed targets and drive business growth.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all members, adhering to our strict health and safety protocols.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve your teaching skills.
- Embody our company values and promote a culture of excellence, inclusivity, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 Pilates instructor qualification.
- Be willing to complete our accredited Reformer Pilates qualification program.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and engage our members.
- Be self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
- Hold public liability insurance of at least £2million.
