About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Senior Coach to join our team at a premium training and group fitness studio in South West London. As a Senior Coach, you will be responsible for leading and delivering small group personal training sessions, group exercise classes, and providing exceptional coaching and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement high-quality group exercise, small group, and 1-2-1 personal training programs that meet best practice standards in ethics, child protection, welfare, health, and safety.
- Deliver high-quality small group personal training sessions and dynamic group exercise classes that meet the needs of our clients.
- Provide exceptional 1-2-1 personal training services to clients.
- Conduct new client consultations and assessments as per standard company procedures.
- Provide sound nutrition and lifestyle advice to clients following our guidelines.
- Assist in creating and posting daily social media content.
- Manage client bookings and sign-ins using our software systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and colleagues.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including setting up equipment and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Uphold our company ethos and standards, and represent our brand in a professional and positive manner.
About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about fitness and coaching. You will have a strong background in coaching and personal training, and be able to design and deliver high-quality programs that meet the needs of our clients. You will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, and be able to work well in a team environment.
