Exciting Opportunity at Evolution Fitness Studio

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Coach to join our team at Evolution Fitness Studio in East Sheen, South West London.

About the Role:

As a Senior Coach, you will be responsible for leading and delivering small group personal training sessions, group exercise classes, and 1-2-1 personal training sessions. You will also be expected to design and implement high-quality group exercise and small group personal training programmes, ensuring all aspects meet best practice in areas of ethics, child protection, welfare, health, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement high-quality group exercise and small group personal training programmes.
  2. Deliver high-quality SGPT sessions and dynamic group exercise classes.
  3. Deliver exceptional 1-2-1 personal training sessions.
  4. Conduct new client consultations and assessments as per standard company procedures.
  5. Provide sound nutrition and lifestyle advice following EVO guidelines.
  6. Assist in collating and posting daily social media stories.
  7. Sign-in/book-in clients for classes and SGPT using Zingfit and WODBoard respectively.
  8. Answer the phone and take appropriate action if no front of house present.
  9. Deal with walk-in inquiries and take appropriate action if no front of house present.
  10. Assist in opening and closing procedures – Alarms, lights, music, InBody device, preparation of class/session, cleanliness of the gym.
  11. Uphold EVO ethos and standards, be an EVO ambassador.
  12. High degree of professional presentation, ensure you are always in EVO branded kit.

About You:

We are looking for someone who is super keen and enthusiastic, with a great personality. You must be an epic coach and well qualified, with an added bonus of nutrition and Olympic lifting coaching experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a small group personal training and/or a professional gym environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to cement a long-term position to further their career, get stability, work in a team, and upskill in a fast-moving, fun, and agile independently owned gym.
