Operational Risk Officer

Citi is seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Operational Risk Officer. This role requires a deep understanding of how areas integrate within the sub-function and coordinate with the objectives of the function and overall business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and disseminate information on process, policy, and procedure changes.
  • Ensure the successful completion of projects managed.
  • Establish project communication needs and create project communication plans.
  • Manage project risks and create project risk management plans.
  • Work with procurement teams to create, administer, track, and close project contracts.
  • Facilitate the transition of systems, product, and process development to minimize adverse operations impact.
  • Act as a point of contact and liaison between departments and required business areas.
  • Manage daily the investigation of product, policy, and procedure queries raised by team members.
  • Regularly review processes, policies, and procedures to identify process gaps and recommend updates.
  • Provide feedback to Project Management leadership regarding risk issues and business cases.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Project management skills.
