Job Type: Full-time, Term-time only

Job Description:

We are seeking three Graduate Teaching Assistants to join our team and embark on a comprehensive training programme. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with experienced teachers to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learning and development in EYFS, KS1, or KS2
  • Deliver 1:1 and group interventions to raise attainment
  • Teach phonics to groups of students and gain teaching skills
  • Work closely with class teachers to mentor your progress
  • Support students with SEN and learn to differentiate material to ensure lessons are accessible
