About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful team of employment lawyers at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to join our team as a Senior Associate or Legal Director. The successful candidate will have a strong reputation for their employment work and be able to forge effective and long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a mix of advisory and contentious work for respondent clients
  • Work closely with clients, managing key relationships and supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners
  • Contribute to the development of the team and the growth of the business

Requirements:

  • Experience as an employment lawyer at Senior Associate or Legal Director level
  • Good technical skills and the ability to forge effective relationships with clients
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
