Head of Advice

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our advice services team.

About the Role:

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality advice services across multiple channels, maximizing engagement and access.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet local needs, effectively manage advice services, and ensure they are consistently delivered and developed to achieve funder requirements, agreed KPIs, accreditation, and contractual obligations.
  • Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-performance advice services, prioritizing people-centered approaches and developing partnerships to ensure efficient and accessible processes.
  • Coach and mentor team members to develop their skills and progress within the organization, while overseeing Quality Assurance and Advice (QAA) initiatives.
