Este es un rol interesante y variado en el corazón de una función legal activa y exitosa, reportando al Director Legal de Comercial e IP. Se dedica a apoyar al equipo de Marketing e Innovación, Compras del Grupo, TI del Grupo y el equipo de Cuentas Globales, que facilita las negociaciones con nuestros mayores clientes globales.

El candidato seleccionado trabajará en estrecha colaboración con otros miembros del equipo legal en el Reino Unido y en otros lugares, así como con funciones clave y la dirección en toda la empresa, para fomentar el crecimiento y asegurar que las operaciones del Grupo cumplan con las normativas y que los riesgos se gestionen de manera efectiva.

Responsabilidades Principales

● Actuar como asesor de confianza y socio legal para el Grupo.

● Gestionar y proporcionar asesoramiento legal oportuno y competente al equipo de Marketing e Innovación del Grupo mediante:

○ Revisar y negociar contratos con clientes para el equipo de Cuentas Globales, trabajando en acuerdos de alto valor y múltiples jurisdicciones con nuestros mayores clientes globales, asegurando el cumplimiento de la política de contratación del Grupo y actuando como punto de contacto para el equipo de Cuentas Globales;

○ Revisar y negociar acuerdos de terceros, NDAs, transferencias de materiales, aplicaciones regulatorias, respuestas a reguladores e investigaciones;

○ Proporcionar apoyo legal durante el proceso de desarrollo de nuevos productos y mantener conocimiento sobre marcas, productos y servicios nuevos, existentes y heredados;

○ Ofrecer asesoramiento sobre reclamaciones de marketing de acuerdo con las leyes y regulaciones de publicidad y productos;

○ Asistir a reuniones para proporcionar asesoramiento legal y mantener una conciencia clave de las tuberías de marketing e innovación;

○ Asesorar sobre registros de dominios, transferencias e infracciones;

○ Proporcionar asesoramiento legal experto sobre salud y seguridad, privacidad y otros requisitos legales y regulatorios.

● Gestión del Portafolio de Propiedad Intelectual del Grupo y Local.

● Apoyo a la función de Compras del Grupo mediante:

○ Revisar y negociar términos y condiciones generales de proveedores/prestadores de servicios para los equipos de compras directas, indirectas, de flota y de TI;

○ Asesorar sobre la implementación y actualización de la Política de Compras del Grupo y los Estándares Mínimos de Contratos de Compras;

○ Asesorar sobre el proceso de incorporación de proveedores;

○ Asesorar sobre asuntos auxiliares como protección de datos/privacidad.

● Apoyar a la función de TI del Grupo mediante:

○ Proporcionar asesoramiento legal sobre la regulación de IA;

○ Mantener y desarrollar la Política de GenAI e IA;

○ Asesorar sobre el uso de IA y la contratación de IAaaS;

○ Compartir conocimientos con colegas legales y redactar notas de asesoramiento/manuales.

● Monitorear nuevas legislaciones/regulaciones/jurisprudencias que impacten la función y proporcionar asesoramiento adecuado.

● Provisión y gestión de nuevas consultas/mesa de ayuda legal y el proceso de admisión del Grupo Legal, proporcionando apoyo legal según sea necesario.

● Gestionar proveedores de servicios legales externos según sea necesario.

Requisitos

Experiencia legal: habilidades analíticas sólidas, experiencia significativa en el manejo de cuestiones legales complejas, entrega de asesoramiento directo, pragmático y orientado a la acción.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita/verbal.Habilidades de influencia: una fuerte capacidad para afectar el comportamiento de múltiples partes interesadas para mantener una buena posición legal y fiscal para la empresa.Capacidad para pensar de manera estratégica y creativa, identificar y resolver problemas legales, cómodo trabajando con información imperfecta y recomendando cursos de acción.Interés en comprender a fondo el negocio y operar dentro de un contexto internacional dinámico.Disposición para trabajar en áreas del derecho que son nuevas para el candidato con el apoyo y la capacitación adecuados.Capacidad para trabajar bien como miembro del equipo y construir relaciones sólidas basadas en la confianza y el respeto con partes interesadas internas y externas.
