Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while identifying and seizing sales opportunities.
  • Handle a variety of inbound calls from both prospective and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their requirements.
  • Provide post-sale assistance and address general inquiries from current customers.
  • Engage with clients seeking quotations, accurately assess their needs, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to completion, including various administrative duties.
  • Adhere to compliance and quality standards throughout all interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in telephone-based customer service and/or sales is essential.
  • Highly motivated with a strong sales orientation.
  • Customer-centric with a passion for delivering outstanding service.

  • Willingness to commit to an extensive training program.

  • Starting salary of £27,700 per annum, with potential increases based on performance.
  • Regular salary reviews leading up to £39,000 per annum.
  • Hybrid working model with a requirement for office attendance a few days each month.
