Job SummaryWe are seeking a VP Sales to join our Shared Services team. Reporting to the CEO, this role requires a strategic thinker with profound market knowledge and a proven leadership record in driving revenue growth.
The VP of Sales will play a pivotal role in shaping our client's market presence and enhancing brand recognition.
This role involves leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, setting and monitoring performance targets aligned with business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth objectives
- Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities and oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and potential threats
- Provide regular reporting and strategic insights to senior leadership
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
- 5+ years of sales experience in the Language and Cultural Training Services markets, with at least 3 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Proficiency in CRM software and experience in managing sales KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
