About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Lead to join our team at Copperfields care home in Leeds. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading our nursing and care teams to deliver exceptional care and services to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the nursing and care teams to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Oversee and manage the clinical elements of our care home, including medication management and risk assessments.
  • Act as the Named Nurse for residents allocated to you, with responsibility for their care and well-being.
  • Supervise and manage the ordering, handling, storage, administration, recording, and disposal of medication.
Requirements
  • First-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
  • Post-registration and management or supervisory experience and/or training or qualifications.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • A good standard of digital skills and knowledge of best practice in nursing care.
